The most disturbing things about this are 1)the closure of the Red Rose site on obscenity charges. For having stories up. Text. No pics. (according to the site's owner, quoted here: http://xbiz.com/news_piece.php?id=10680 ).

In other words, the FBI is now in the business of attempting to control the written word, and hence, the free exchange of ideas.

2) The whole erosion of community values represented by the actions of the FBI.

The best snarky comment I've heard about this whole issue however, is "Under the Alberto Gonzalez justice department, the only ones allowed to put naked people in bondage are prison guards in Iraq."
