I think it shows a healthy evolution in today's prison population.

The additional sentence for tattooing another prisoner is certainly less severe than killing another prisoner.

I think they should tattoo "I raped and killed a child" on his forehead, his chest & his back.

Perhaps they should tattoo his pecker and his sphincter too. As long as they have him there.
