I wish to thank everyone that has taken the time to offer their advive. I will say that it brings a smile to my face to know that you all, either have been or are in the same boat as me so to speak. I have decided to bide my time for the moment, but rest assured that I am heavily hunting for a new job. The company i work for Scam's hehe isn't going to improve their benefits anytime in the near future.
