I know, this is a trick question ... since cheap means inexpensive and doesn't refer to how "good" the tools are; and quality can be either good or bad.  So if I answer cheap tools you'll zing me there. But if I say quality ones, you'll  saying you meant bad quality. But if I pick something in between, I won't be answering the question and then where would we be?
