The old shoe theory:
You all have them, I know you do, the old comfy but ugly or ratty pair of shoes in your closet that have been broke to fit your foot and you wear them any time you can. But you are in a store and this new shiny pair of shoes catchs your eye, they are cool, they are stylish and they make you look/feel good....so you wear them out....but you find yourself still wanting that old comfy pair in the closet...
