I've lost 14 so far with WW but have been stalled for some time now. I keep telling myself to get my stuff together. One thing I am working on is moving more throughout the day. Doing activities that I used to avoid.
fzzzy so glad to see you checking in. I remember you were trying to do soup right? It's harder in the summer I would think. You started with the goal of adding more veggies, how's that coming?
