We haven't really been over doing it, but I suppose after 2 weeks of nothing, I'm not used to it.
It hasn't hurt all along, it was a little uncomfortable in the beginning but after the first few times, it was fine.
He says it feels tighter than before, and it doesn't really hurt now just a little uncomfortable for a minute.
