A little sort of kind of off topic....
Just found out that I am invited to my Aunt & Uncle's 50th anniversary celebration. It will be November 3rd. Between now and then, I need to drop these last few pounds and accelerate my toning up a bit. Any healthy suggestions would be appreciated. Not going is not an option. ALL relatives should be gathered for this. They "forgot" to invite me to Thanksgiving last year and I want to be as "on my game" as much as is possible for me. Not for them.
