When I was home-studying electronics, mumblty-sumpin years ago, & simultaniously read an article about how brain waves are just low-wattage electro-magnetic impulses, I had an epiphany about the possibility that in some extreme circumstances it might be possible that brain waves could travel as radio signals do, & that someone "tuned" to the right frequency might pick them up. Beyond that, it seems that hard evidenciary proof (as opposed to annecdotal evidence) that it happens in fact has been hard to come by...
