Thank you, I have much to learn about things iPod.

I have yet to fill up the drive with my music, but when I do, greater capacity and longer battery life sounds like an attractive option.

I have learned how to sync it with an Outlook calendar, which will be a convenience once I work out the details. There once was a time when applications shippedwith useful User Manuals.
