I know that 'dipping' and using only the head as part of foreplay can be stimulating and fun for both partners but not eventually wanting to sink completely, SOMEWHERE, I don't understand.
I don't know how old he is but could it be possible he is concerned about an early finish and that is his only way to control it? I still can't imagine not needing to drive it deep as possible at the end.
