Wake up early, grab the picnic lunch packed the night before. Take a motorcycle ride out to Fall Creek Falls. Making sure take all the good twisty roads to keep it slow. Most of the roads are well shaded in that area so it wouldn't be too hot. Stop around lunch time and have a nice lunch and something to drink. Maybe take a little hike through some of the hills. On the way home stop at a decent restaurant (nothing fancy since we've been on the bike all day and are covered in road dust and what not). Go home.
