I'll let Boog and Soda be specific, but with Michigan being a big tourist state ... I've absolutely no doubt camping is available nearby. Holland is a tourist city in a tourist state. Unfortunately, the nudist resort near Battle Creek is up for sale since the owners are retiring. Not sure who will take over, but they certainly had campsites.
