I did 3 months of kick boxing and gained weight, osuche. They say changes in muscle tone/mass look like weight gain in the beginning.
I am focusing on my stomach area for excercise currently. Worked the ab lounger thingy 2 days so far and will do it tonight when I get home.
It's my first day back and it will be a day where I am running 7am-7pm. I'm going to try to stay chilled and keep the stress to a minimum.
