Thank you rabbit I will continue as I have been and make sure I continue exercising (nearly) every day, without getting to the point where I feel I need to quit.

These past couple of days have been really tough and I've been doing my usual exercise on the treadmill as well going on long, long walks out and about and starting dance classes so today I've just about had it I am giving myself a day off from the treadmill and won't allow myself to feel bad, since the walking program tells me to take weekends off anyway. I guess one day off in four weeks isn't going to be detrimental, and I did go for a long walk outside today and climbed some hills that felt like they were near vertical

I have a confession. I walked into a shop today fully intent on buying several bars of chocolate, and fully intent on eating them all in one sitting I walked around the shop several times and walked out of there buying bananas and a couple of other bits. No chocolate This is a big thing for me. I still want the chocolate but have proved I can walk past it without buying, and that's what I need to continue doing. This is the stage where it starts getting tough for me, but already I'm doing better than on previous attempts, as I beat my craving in the shop. The problem is that I'm not yet seeing a chocolate-free future.

I lost 3.5 lbs this week, making a total of 18 lbs lost so far Another 18 lbs and people might start to notice I am aiming to lose 2 lbs by next week, so I can take my next set of pics.

Have a great week everyone
