I hear ya.. I have had more chocolate cake since my last post (nicer choc cake than the other day!) but I am resolved to get back on track as of tomorrow. In the end today I gave myself the day off and didn't walk or do sit-ups. I am going to repeat last week's walking as I don't feel I did it properly this week. I think I only missed a day (not including today, but weekends are supposed to be rest days according to the plan anyway) but still. Even though I have eaten cake, I still don't feel the need to buy chocolate - not at the time of writing this, anyway. I have been REALLY close to it on more than one occasion.
This behavior is completely normal for me btw, and I knew I would hit this point, I just have to get through it and get my mind in the right state to continue. I like what you wrote about the pain and sacrifice being for nothing, rabbit, and you're right about the wanting. I guess I have to distinguish a little in my brain that wanting and needing are two completely separate things. I WILL do this, I have to
