Wow that's excellent news, very well done to your daughter, it sounds like she's doing great
Good luck for you starting over, Nat

Check in and let us know how you're getting on. I usually find the first couple of days after a setback the worst and then the healthy me kicks in
Weighed myself today. Oh I guess I should admit to the atrocious weekend I had. I ate cake, I think I admitted to that in a previous post but I think I ate more since then

Then I had two days of no exercise - me starting over yesterday didn't happen. I ate lots of white bread which I don't usually eat anyway, I'm a brown bread gal, got to be nice quality, wholesome etc but for some reason I chose white bread
Then I ate some ice cream...
Then I ate chocolate

In much less quantity than the old me would have eaten, but still... more than I should have.
This week, I managed to drop 2 lbs but although I am pleased to have reached a total weight loss so far of 20 lbs, I am not celebrating too hard as I am pretty sure my haywire eating habits of the last couple of days is gonna bite me on the ass next week
I'll be back on track from today with exercise, eating well and all that

I have 33 lbs left to lose to reach this first goal I've set (53 lbs total), and that will take me to the top end of healthy on the BMI chart. Once I get to that weight I can re-think my goals, see if I think I am happy there or decide if I want to lose more.
Good Luck For This Week, Pixies, Whatever You Want To Achieve
