Well, I post here when I'm having good days, so bad days should be posted, too
This week my resolve has totally gone to the dogs I have been eating a whole load of crap food, and I haven't been walking either I fully expect it to be reflected when I weigh myself on Monday, and will try to do some damage control Friday-Sunday. If I stay the same weight, and don't gain any, by Monday, I shall be happy I am likely to gain, though
It's a small setback. I shall be back on track and ready to tackle the next few pounds soon. When I lose a further 10 lbs (from last week's weight) I am going to treat myself to a meal in a restaurant, and will do this after each 10 lbs I lose from now on. Something to look forward to before tackling the next hurdle.
How is everyone else doing this week?
