it's a wrinkled little thing with a hard nut inside. people put it into cakes and keep it in circulation in the postal system until the stickiness wears off. Then someone takes the dried crumbs, presses them into a fruit cake and returns it to the postal circulation gig until a drug sniffing dog either has a heart attack or pees on it!
