ok, a state policeman is parked behind a bilboard when a cadilac comes by doing 55 mph, not 56, and not 54, but 55, policeman pulls out behind them turns on his lights, cadilac pulls over, cop walks up to the car takes out his night stick taps on the window, man looks at him cop taps again, finally the hits the button and rolls the window down, cop starts wailing on the guy, beating the crap out of'em, cop finally stops hitting him, man ask what he was being beaten for he did nothing wrong? cop tells him when an officer of the law approaches your vehicle you have your window down and your license and registration out. cop finally walks to passenger side taps on the window, passenger rolls his window down, cop starts wailing on him, man begs him to stop, cop finally stops man ask why are you hitting me?..........cop says "i'm making your wish come true"! man ask what wish, cop says you know and i know you and your buddy are gonna get a mile down the road and your gonna tell him " i wish that cop had of hit me like that"
