A guy's speeding down a highway when suddenly he hears the siren and sees the red/blue lights. He pulls over and stops.

COP: What's the hurry?

DRIVER: What do you mean, officer?

COP: I got you on radar going 150 kilometers per hour back
there. This is a 100 zone, sonny.

DRIVER: Did you say 150 kilometers per hour?

COP: Yes, 150 kilometers per hour.

DRIVER: But that's impossible!

COP: Oh? And why is that?

DRIVER: Because I haven't been driving for an hour yet!
