True ... but probably not as regularly as I should or as intensely as I should. Try to walk anywhere from 1 to 3 miles at least 3 times a week. There was a couple of weeks when it was soooooooo hot, I didn't get it done, but this week I've done all five weekdays. (Normally don't so much on weekends.)
You like milkshakes better than sodas.
