No question I feel sexier now than I did 5 years ago. Pixies did a lot when I first started 9 years ago to help me view myself as sexy, and that formed a foundation for what I still feel. But for me a lot of it is maturing, knowing myself, and accepting myself. You spend a lot of your youth in self-doubt and self-critique. There have been points in my life where I was empirically more sexy, according to general physical standards, but true sexiness shines from the inside out, I think. I think of my younger self, and while she might've been cuter and more fit, I'll take the current me, thanks. She knows what to do with what she has.
