Honestly can't think of a reason to do that.  Seems like a lot of 'name game' going on there. I've been to the Observation Deck of Sears Tower and found the view out & over the city to be great and wasn't interested seeing my feet above the sidewalk. Now I'd go to the 'Sky Deck' in 'Willis Tower' and see 'The Ledge' where I'd be REEEEEALLY PISSED to find it where I've been before. (You all know how I feel about name changes  )
