So glad you take care of your lawn.
What a good neighbor to have. 
Just wondering?  Are you one of those people that dethatches the your lawn every year? Do you waters properly, have a regular fertilizing schedule and god help a dandelion  in your county? Do you then wonder why your grass grows so fast?
