I think we ancients missed the point: personal success only counts if it occurs (remember, you didn’t succeed, success happened to you) in a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive, non-antagonistic, diverse and inclusive fashion, respecting – nay, encouraging the many diverse (and sometimes opposite) points of view of all those who are just as successful as you, although they don’t show off their success in a crass, material fashion.
