Chey my suggestion would be to go out with him somewhere and leave the panties at home (without him knowing) Every little chance to tease with a feathering touch and a daring smirk after go for it. When he least expects it give him an "accidental" peek.... seemingly innocent ya know. LOL By the time he gets you home (if he doesn't stop along the way, you'll be overcome for sure)
