I once dated a guy who was turned on the most by having someone pull on or "tweak" his nipples. They were the biggest, and especially, longest nipples I have ever seen on anybody--male or female. Maybe it was just coincidence, but I wouldn't think so, since most guys' nipples aren't that disproportionate.
