I agree that it may be just a matter of hygiene, but if she really has more of a fishy smell, it is more likely to be an STD. There is one in particular that causes more of a fishy odor, but I can't remember what one it is. Maybe Wicked Wanda could tell us since she probably knows due to the type of nursing area she works in. I don't think of yeast infections as causing a fishy odor or much of an odor at all. Plus, often if a woman has a yeast infection, she's too uncomfortable (irritated and/or itchy) to want to have sex. I'm not sure I'd want to be having sex with her, or at least unprotected sex, until you find out for sure that she doesn't have a medical problem that she could pass on to you. And, Cheyanne is right; you could pick up a yeast infection from her (it's called thrush if you get it in your mouth). You may not end up with symptoms in your genital area, but if she gets a yeast infection cleared up, you could then pass it right back to her again.
