I like those long skirts that go down to a womans ankles, you know? Maybe with a serious slit up the side that shows off some gams as she walks. Anything that shows off her curves is nice, though I respect a womans right to wear baggy clothes sometimes. If you show a little bit of navel, especially if that navel is pierced, I'm all yours. I suppose ideally she would be wearing a long skirt and a soft, feminine colored blouse that wasn't buttoned all the way up.. or down.. just a few buttons in the middle hiding the cups of her bra but showing off the fringe and the straps.. oh and the skirt would be tight around her hips with no pantie line.

I usually dress preppy/casual, I liked wearing around my work boots until my dog chewed them up. Puppies... anyway yea, I think a sense of style is important when catching someones eye, but I will occasionally go into public/work wearing pajamas... proudly at that.
