Can't add much here other than that a blotchy flush across the chest, cheeks and breasts is as much a part of the arousal process as moistening of the vagina and swelling of the clitoris.

I imagine it varies from woman to woman, but as I have very fine skin (I mark easily, suffer from dark circles under my eyes and my veins can be seen easily) I find I become very blotchy and red when I'm turned on...... I really don't think you need to worry about it unless it is causing her irritation.

One final thing: PLEASE don't tell her it puts you off, or she'll become self conscious and you'll find it harder to turn her on and get her in the mood for sex. I'm sure you're not insensitive enough to do that anyway, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
