If you can open up a pic in just about any photo editor, look for a resize option under an image or edit tab, click on resize and you should be able to specify the pixel height and width. I have microsoft photo editor on my machine, but it may come with Windows 2000 only. I'm sure there is a shareware demo or even a freeware program for download... try zdnet.com for imaging programs.
