As Rockhard says, don't give up! Assuming that lubrication is not the problem, what positions have you tried for penetration? I would suggest having her sit on top while guiding you in. That way she'll be able to guide it in while having the most control. Also, relax (I know it's difficult ) and take your time. It will be worth it in the end.
