I'm with Steph ... arrange to go on your own trip .... leave him with the responsibilities of taking care of home and kids (if you got em) and spend a week away ... And yea, I empathize ... I always need a lot of alone time ... course I don't have the hubby messing up my alone time, so it's easy for me ... hope you find a workable solution!
