Like Lovediva said there are threads on this if ya feel like looking for them. I'm not an expert, but I'd say measure from the base (as you look down, place tape measure there) and to the tip. As for width I heard a guy say he measured the widest spot & went with that. I don't know if thats the correct way or not, but if you tell someone your size I highly doubt they'll bring out a tape measure & check for themselves. lol. Check out those other threads. Good luck!!
