Try to find out if there is a pattern to your anxiety...Do you only get that way after certain events or at certain times of the day or at a particular place? If you can determine the triggers of your anxiety then you can work to eliminate the feelings in those circumstances.
Keep a journal that you write in whenever you get to feeling anxious. This will get it out of your head and hopefull out of the way.
Find something to do that calms you. Read a book, fix a cup of tea, kill things on computer games  Whatever helps calm you down.
