Is not being able to sit still a bad habit? I mean it sucks when you have mono, but for the most part i'm fidgety ... and almost no matter where I am, I can't sit w/my feet flat on the floor. Normally I have to sit with my feet/legs in what would be an ungodly uncomfortable position to most of the human population.
