I did see a kit that consisted of a suction bulb and little rubber rings (like o-rings). I the idea was that your first stretched on of the rubber rings over the nozzle of the suction bulb. You then sucked the nipple into the bulb and, while it was stretched up into the nozzle, rolled the ring off and onto the nipple. You then released the bulb leaving the nipple stretched out with one or more rings keeping them erect.
