The use of candle wax can be very fun and exciting!  There are many different candles that burn at different temeratures. The most common (low heat candle) would be ones made from beeswax. And, the best way to test the temerature of wax before you let it drip on more sensitive body parts is to stick your finger tip into the melted wax. (For most people, hands can take the most "abuse" compaired to any other body part.) So, if it burns your finger tip, don't drip it anywhere else!
