That sounds like a black and tan or some variation of that drink, osuche. Did you request that drink or did they just give it to you?
Guinness merchandise is awesome! I hope to get a free shirt or something, too!

another note on Guinness: a good friend's mother grew up in Dublin. Her mother is in her 60s and remembers when Irish housewives put some Guinness in the baby's bottle to help them fall sleep!  |
