Haha, I actually own a pair of those!!!! knee-high ones. They are a bitch to move in, & I had to dance in them! It was for (this is gonna sound weird) a dance festival ... we were trying a new funky type ballet, seems like everyone in the competition circut has been doing that lately (i.e. pointe dances to hip-hop & whatnot) They're actually not that much different than actual pointe shoes though, maybe even a little easier b/c of the heel.
