People have gotten upset with me as I stand in line after I am given my change and make my money meet my standards. Also bills that are torn or have been torn and taped together drive me nuts and are the first ones spent.

Funny, many years as a cashier make me do almost the same... but in my case the larger bills are on the outside of the fold (I need to try and fool people in believing that I have more than I do... well maybe not, but the big bills are on the outside). Also, for some odd reason, my wallet (held in back left pocket) is only for money from the ATM/credit cards/license/etc. All other money (i.e. change in the form of bills, money people might give me, etc) is folded and in my front left pocket (even if of greater denomination than the ATM money).
