Sugarsprinkles---First we have to decide WHO establishes what is
normal.By most of the'normals' standards;I don't want to be
"normal" and am proud not to be!On the subject of health;I have done some research on that;being Diabetic!From what;I have read;it would behove you to change your weight because of the longterm damage that is done to your body;inside&out!Too many
people use these fad diets.They lose a bunch of weight immediately.Then they gain it right back.It is water weight.Unless
you change your lifestyle;it is all for nothing.I don't want to workout many days.You have to make yourself do it.It's an easy excuse to say:I didn't do it yesterday so I won't do it today!You have to make it a habit.The end results are worth it. Irish
P.S.My soapbox sure is getting a workout today.I may just become a preacher.On 2cd thought,most of them are celibate and
I'm not partial to little boys;so forget it.
