The best place I've ever found them is at the good le Wal-Mart. Most stocking companies make thigh highs up through queen size. The Hanes or Leggs brand sells them in black, white, nude, and navy, in packs of 3's. I have been anywhere from 145-175 while wearing the tall size, which is just below the queen size, and I'm 5'5", if that helps to judge what size might work best.

If you can't find any in the stocking dept of a department store, ask at the fitting room if they normally sell them, and if not, check around on line. Thankfully, thigh highs are fairly popular, and cheap, so finding the right type for you won't cost an arm and leg.
