Re: Fulfill every fantasy or not?

My question is if you believe that all fantasies should be made a reality if given the opportunity or should some fantasies remain just that and be enjoyed as such? I find other women sexy and the fantasy of a threesome intrigues me and when I think about it I get really turned on and it's fun to check out women in bars and just think about the what if's, then go home with my husband and have great sex. If we ever actually have a threesome then after the act the fun of that fantasy would be over. I certainly don't see it become a regular act. I just feel like some fantasies you can do more than once and making them a reality is the best, but others the reality is not nearly as much fun as the fantasy. Just wondering how others feel about this...after all, everyone here seems much more comfortable with their sexuality than I do so I'm wondering if that's my hang-up about making certain fantasies real. Maybe the Threesome is a bad example because that has many more implications than just the act itself, at least when you're in a serious relationship like I am.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Sometimes, the difference between fantasy and reality can be blurry. If something is "real" only because it exists in this three dimensional world, then is prayer merely a fantasy, or is a warm and loving thought toward another unreal? In some circles, imagination is considered the most powerful and most real form of expression.

On June 8, 2004, a painter sees in her mind the painting she will complete on September 9th, 2004. Some would say that the picture in her mind is the real one and the 3-D painting on canvas three months later is just the lower vibrational expression of that. Christians, for example, have three different levels of sin: thought, word, and deed. If only the deed is real, then thoughts and words mean little or nothing. Since thought usually preceeds deed, many see the thought, the fantasy if you will, as more significant (real?) than the deed. Mystically speaking, everything is born on a high level of vibration, spirit level, or mental level, and then progresses downward until it manifests in this lower vibrational level of matter.

Or not. Either way. For me, my fantasies are real. Some of them get expressed in the physical world, others don't. Those that don't get expressed today, may be expressed tomorrow. I don't know. Reality can be a tricky thing best experenced by those who can not handle drugs.
