There is one thing that I would like to say tho. While I have
disagreed with MANY of GBs outlooks & proposals,he still is the
President of our country. As a previous member once said(para-
phrasing)If you can't say anything nice,DON'T say anything.People
,other then Pixies members, look at these threads. When our
country,is at war,I think that it is reprehensible,to say bad things
about him(worst case senario-AlQueda member:"See,I told you
that they didn't support him!Let's go kill some Americans, they'll
blame him,they always do!"I say this,as a 10% disabled veteran.
Whether you support your President or not,the wounds, don't
feel ant better!"United we stand,DIVIDED we fall!" Irish
P.S.My $.02.(opinion)
P.P.S.I don't know enough about politics,to influence my decision.
I judge people on their moral character & how they watch my back
I also judge people by who I would prefer to have in a foxhole,
with me.I would prefer to be in one, with someone, who watches
my ass,as much as saving theirs!

Irish, I agree with you wholeheartedly on the foxhole image. What I have trouble with is the deception that I'm seeing from the current administration. I believe that I can best serve my country by supporting the kids currently dodging bullets, while speaking out against the war. I'll go to my grave before I'll ascribe to the "Well, we're there now, let's finish it." mentality that the administration appears to use to justify their actions and divert attention from the original justifications for this action. I have more respect for someone who lies about sleeping around than I do for someone who lies about reasons to invade a sovereign nation..... but at the end of the day, I've seen President Bush caught in lies and I want him out before he has more opportunities to plunge us into more messes. What is the old adage... Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Respectfully,

Fred
