Shygirl--First of all-Welcome.Second--Let me tell you from experience not to wait until you think that your weight is just
right.It;probably,won't happen when you want it to.I;always;
figured that although I was very slightly overweight,I ate right,
exercised almost daily so it didn't matter.I ran in the old motor-
cycle crowd;anyway;so being big was a plus when it came to
push&shove.I now have diabetes and high blood pressure.I
thought things over and lost some weight.At 5'10" I am still 211lbs. I now have my pressure down and my diabetes is much
better.Don't just wait until you lose weight,Work at it!It does
more damage than you think.You couldn't have told me this 5yrs.
ago.By the way,this is meant as inspiration not criticism.Luckily
it didn't affect me,sexually,With some people,it does. Irish
