Couples- $20 membership - $40.00 at the door

So does this mean we pay 20 to get the membership now and then we pay another 40 at the door ? or is it 20 at the door or 40 at the door? I dont know if we would want to do that tho. We would fly in too does the Hotel offer shuttle to pick up at the hotel ?
