A few suggestions, but they depend on the circumstances.

If you've went through a period of rapid body fat gain then loss.. like say through pregnancy, or through a rapid growth spurt, then vitamin E solutions will be great. With the vit E and time your skin should tighten back up and eliminate the marks.

But, and with risk of putting my foot in my mouth, if the marks are from body fat gain I suggest first reducing body fat. Notice I don't say weight loss and weight gain because weight isn't the key, its body fat percentage. I say this knowing nothing at all about you or the rest of the audience interested in this topic so please I mean no offense if this hits home. If you can reduce body fat your skin won't feel stretched and it'll begin repairing (again with vit E to help). Some gyms have great programs to assist with proper eating, exercise, and weekly body fat monitoring to keep you motivated and educate you on the matter. Believe me they are awesome programs and can make a huge difference. Also the Internet in general (google search) contains amazing and inspiring journals from folks with the same challenges and is an amazing education tool. The creams alone won't help if the cause of the marks is still in effect.

Please understand I teeter on canceling this post because you all are great, I love what you share, and I hate to offend anyone. But I truly believe this is the best advice I can give.
