Ok, I don't have one, as I'm fixing to be on the pill again--and I plan on having one more child in the next 5 yrs(give or take). But, I'm on a mom's group on MSN and several of the ladies on there have them. The most popular one is the copper IUD according to them. And yes, from what they've said, it does cause cramping and the insertion was painful. It also caused heavier periods for a while(or is still causing them for one or two), then after a bit, most of them are now no longer even having a period. Now, all these ladies, that have the IUD's had their last kids in 2003(atleast, the last ones they plan on having anytime soon), so they've had them for atleast a few months now. That's all I can say, but if you want, you can email me any questions, and I can ask the ladies on the group if you want.
